Anthem Events Ltd offer fully managed technical event production services to live and corporate events across Wales and the UK. Our two directors have over 36 years of experience, supplying the very best in technical event production to thousands of successful events, from small conferences through to festivals.
We have a warehouse full of the industry’s best equipment including brands such as d&b audiotechnik, Allen & Heath, Chauvet Professional and many more. Quality is at the heart of what we do and we promise to bring the same level of service and quality to every event we work on.

DAVE BURGER
2007 – Present | Company Director
From a very young age I’ve been passionate about music and business. I began investing in audio equipment in 2006 at the age of 15, with money earned promoting live music events at local venues. I started Pure Tech Audio Visual in 2007 and continued to invest everything I earned on equipment.
I met Gethin in 2007 and we quickly became best friends, working on hundreds of events together. We ran our businesses side by side, from the same warehouse for over 10 years, investing in the same event production equipment. It made perfect sense for us to join forces, creating Anthem Events Ltd and work to our different strengths.

GETHIN STACEY
2007 – Present | Company Director
Hi, I’m Gethin and I grew up around music. From an early age I was in and out of theatres with my parents, who are both musicians. I was always intrigued by the technical production side of events, as well as being a big fan of all the different genres of music.
I really enjoy watching a festival site come together during the build, going live and being filled with music and happy people, then rapidly disappearing and being returned to nature.

ADAM WILKINSON
2015 – Present | Sound Technician
Hello Everyone, my name is Adam. I’ve been working in the music industry for nearly 20 years as an engineer, producer and musician. Most of that time has been spent manning the faders for live bands.
I have been freelancing for Dave and Gethin for over a decade and we all take great pride in our work. Music is one of the most important things in my life and it is always a huge privilege to be so closely involved with artists and the music scenes.

Highly skilled and experienced sound engineer with over 20 years experience in the industry. Proficient in various audio software and equipment, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

2008 – Present | Lighting Technician
Hi, I’m Charlie. I’ve been working in the theatre and live events industry for over 15 years. Throughout that time, I’ve developed a strong focus on Lighting Design and I’ve had the chance to work with a variety of productions all around the UK.
I’ve worked with Dave and Gethin since the beginning of my career and I’m looking forward to a bright future with them joining forces.

2015 – Present | Sound Technician
I am a professional specializing in live music, theatre, and corporate event production. Over the years, I’ve worked across the UK and Europe with incredible artists such as Lulu, Beverley Knight, Midge Ure, James, and Lauren Spencer Smith.
As an engineer, I take great pride in my role with Calan and No Good Boyo, delivering high-quality sound and production that elevates every performance.

2018 – Present | Lighting Technician
Hi, my name’s Dyfed. Since the age of 4, I’ve been obsessed with drums and always knew I wanted to work in the music industry.I play drums for a few bands in my spare time, teach the drums and I’m also a DJ.
I discovered a new passion for event lighting while working at the O2 Academy, Bristol, where I became their lighting technician for many years. I now work at various festivals over the UK and have recently started touring with bands as their lighting operator.

Hi, my name’s George. My passion for music and sound began when I played in bands as a teenager. I studied music production at Leeds College of Music where I really got serious about producing great sounding mixes.
Since then I have worked on live events all around the country. I have experience working on corporate, sporting events, live music and theatre shows.

2023 – Present | Crew & Stage Tech
Hi, I’m Rob! I’m all about staying active and creative—whether I’m surfing, wakeboarding, playing basketball, or working on a new carpentry project. I love live music, hanging with my dog, and finding new ways to keep life fun and hands-on.
2024 was my first full season of working events after quitting full-time employment and I have already learned so much, working on live and corporate events. I am already excited for 2025!

2014 – Present | Electrician
Hi, I’m Tom and I’m an electrician who has been in the Trade for 20 years. I have a genuine passion for event power, having worked locally and nationally on many high profile events. Events such as the London Marathon, King’s Coronation, G7 Summit, Beyonce and P!NK at the Principality Stadium and many more. Working on these events has helped me improve my knowledge massively, in an ever evolving industry!
I’ve been working with Dave for over a decade, at live events, festivals and corporate events.
