Anthem Events Ltd was created with 36+ years of combined experience, working in the events industry. We made the decision to focus all of our energy on providing the very best fully managed technical event equipment hire services, to live and corporate events across Wales.
Although this means that we generally don’t offer equipment dry hire, it ensures our equipment is looked after at all times by our experienced crew and techs and drastically reduces the likelihood of equipment failure at an event.

With more and more touring engineers requesting SQ or even bringing their own, SQ is our console of choice for small and medium sized shows. dLive being an option for larger shows, or where artist riders require.

Part of our commitment to offering fully managed technical event production packages, is being able to supply reliable and up-to-date DJ equipment. Pioneer DJ mixers and CDJs are the industry standard, along with Technics vinyl turntables.
Our DJ equipment is maintained to a high standard and as they aren’t out every weekend being dry hired to clubs and events, we can be confident that they won’t let us down.

LED Video Wall
Our weatherproof LED video walls are the perfect solution for displaying large scale video content indoors and outdoors. Whether it’s on a festival stage for displaying band logos, a brand launch event or for displaying sponsors at a Fireworks display, the video content will be bright and clear, whether it’s outdoors on a sunny day or in a dark venue.
We have options to ground stack, fly from our trailer stage or a fly from a custom structure.

POWER
Event Power Management
We have been managing power for 17+ years across hundreds of events. From basic power packages for small live events, right through to site-wide power management at a festival, we have done it all.
As part of our complete technical event equipment hire services, we have a good stock of single and three phase cables and distribution, which allows us to manage power for most events, fully in-house. For larger events, we work with a small number of local, experienced and reliable suppliers. Supplying additional cables, distribution and generators to our spec, fully managed by one of our electricians.
Where generator power is required, we always supply a backup to ensure no matter what happens, your event runs smoothly from start to finish. We work with our clients and their traders / suppliers, to ensure we spec suitable equipment and we are proud to have never let a client or event down.
STRUCTURES
Prolyte Arc Roof – 8M x 6M
For events where our trailer stage is not suitable, for example due to access issues, this Prolyte Arc Roof system with 8M x 6M stage area offers the perfect alternative. With PA fly points and a good UDL rating across the structure, there’s plenty of scope for flying professional lighting systems, LED video wall and more.
We also use this structure inside of an S2000 Saddlespan structure supplied by ourselves, without sidewall, which allows us to build large festival lighting systems without having to work with only floor packages.
Prolyte Rigging Tower H30V
For larger events and festivals, we offer Prolyte Rigging Tower H30V as part of a fully managed technical event production package. Perfect for flying our d&b audiotechnik Q1 line arrays, where height is required to cover the audience effectively.
With a maximum load capacity of 800kg per tower and a maximum lifting height of 7.60M, we can fly 12 boxes of Q1 per side and cover an audience of upto 5,000 people comfortably with the best very best sound quality.

S2000 Saddlespan
Saddlespans are arguably one of the best looking stage structures for live events and festivals. The S2000 is 12M wide by 22M deep and is perfect for main stages at smaller events and festivals with audiences of upto 5,000 people. It also makes an amazing bar space, cooking demo tent and much more.
Available as part of a fully managed technical event production package, supplied with a state of the art d&b audiotechnik sound system, professional lighting package, stage platform, line array towers, crowd barrier, cable ramp, site power and more.
Trailer Stage – 7M x 6M
As part of our complete technical event equipment hire services, our custom built trailer stage offers the perfect solution to small and medium scale events requiring a covered stage structure. At 6.1M high, wide PA wings and an overall width of 12M, this structure adds huge impact and a great focal point to a wide range of events.
With a maximum load of 1200kg across its 4 arches, there is plenty of scope to fly large lighting rigs and LED video wall. With a maximum load of 500kg per PA wing and plenty of height, we can supply our d&b audiotechnik Q-series line array, suitable for an audience of upto 5,000 people.
Custom Truss Structures
As part of our complete technical event equipment hire services, we have a large stock of Global Truss F34-PL quad trussing, including various lengths, box corners, T and L sections. Its high load capacities and lightweight design allows us to build a whole range of custom structures, such as truss cubes for 360° dance events, custom stage structures and LED video wall support systems.
In 2023, we had the pleasure of being tasked with managing technical production, power and site lighting across site at Between the Trees Festival for the first time. One of our tasks was to come up with a solution for a covered stage platform, literally between trees. Working with Afon Events, we designed and built a custom 7.5M x 6M covered stage structure for the festival, which is held in Candleston Woods.
On our first year of managing technical production across 4 stages at Westival, we were tasked with creating a design which allowed festival goers to get close and personal with the DJs at their Botanica stage. We came up with the idea of a truss cube, which allowed festival goers to get up close and 360° around the DJ booth. The high load capacity of the structure allows us to rig sound and lighting, making this venue look and sound amazing.

Rigging & Lifting
Our equipment inventory includes quality and well maintained chain hoists, winch stands, shackles, softsteels, rigging steels and much more. All of our rigging and trussing is visually inspected regularly and LOLER inspected annually by an outside, registered company.

Crowd barriers are essential for certain events, for crowd control and the safety of the audience and crew. As part of our complete technical equipment hire services, we supply high quality crowd barriers, in 1M sections with a special section for cable ramp to pass through.

Staging
We have a large stock of Prolyte Stagedex modular staging decks in various metric sizes, with a variety of height options. This allows us to build custom size and shaped stage platforms, for many different applications and to suit our client’s needs. We also offer accessible ramp solutions for accessibility viewing platforms and more.

Our Global Truss Pipe & Drape allows us to create a professional look for awards ceremonies, corporate events, brand launches and more.
We also stock modern looking lecterns, which we can supply with Shure MX418/C gooseneck mics, so your host and speakers can be heard clearly throughout the venue.
